6 measurement and test method

6.3 physical and chemical property test methods

6.3.1 specimen preparation

6.3.1.1 measuring tools

6.3.1.1.1 micrometer with division value of 0.01mm.

6.3.1.1.2 vernier caliper, with division value of 0.02mm.

6.3.1.1.3 steel tape, with division value of 1 mm.

6.3.1.2 specimens and specimens

6.3.1.2.1 the distribution of the specimen in the specimen and the specimen configuration are shown in Figures 1 and 2. When the thickness of the reconstituted decorative material is less than or equal to 20 mm, the thickness of the sample is its actual thickness; When the thickness of the reconstituted decorative material is more than 20 mm, the thickness of (20 ± 1) Mm plate is used for sample production.

6.3.1.2.2 samples three samples shall be prepared according to the distribution of samples in Fig. 1, and then the specimens for moisture content, immersion stripping, static bending strength, bending modulus of elasticity, screw holding force and formaldehyde emission limit test shall be sawn on each sample as shown in Figure 2. The specimens shall be numbered consecutively according to groups. The size of each sample shall meet the requirements of sawing test piece. If the product length is less than 2100mm, several samples can be taken from the same batch of products as one sample, and sample 1, sample 2 and sample 3 can be taken respectively.

6.3.1.2.3 when making samples and test pieces, the sampling positions of samples and test pieces can be appropriately moved to avoid material defects and processing defects that affect the accuracy of testing. The edges of test pieces shall be straight and the adjacent two sides shall be at right angles. The surface of the test piece shall be kept clean.

6.3.1.3 size, number and number of test pieces made on each specimen

The size, quantity and number of test pieces made on each sample shall comply with the provisions in Table 7.

6.3.1.4 measurement of specimen size

According to GB / T 17657-1999, the measurement of specimen size shall be carried out.

6.3.2 determination of water content

According to GB / T 17657-1999 water content measurement regulations.

6.3.3 determination of formaldehyde emission

According to GB 18580.

6.3.4 determination of dip stripping properties

According to GB / T 17657-1999, the test method of type II impregnation stripping test in the determination of dip stripping property was carried out.

6.3.5 determination of static bending strength and flexural modulus of elasticity

According to 6.8 of GB / T 11718-2009.

6.3.6 measurement of screw holding force

According to GB / T 17657-1999, the screw holding force was determined.

6.3.7 determination of color fastness to light

If required by the agreement, the test method specified in Appendix A or appendix B shall be followed.
